➡️ If you currently have bats in your home: we recommend installing a bat house first. This gives them a full season to relocate before you seal up entry points — ensuring a safe and humane eviction process.

➡️ Limited supply available: priority will be given to homes that already have bats.

➡️ Ideal installation spots: siding, fascia, or soffit areas on your house.

➡️ Monitoring: All bat boxes are monitored annually for use by bats.
