• If you currently have bats in your home: we recommend installing a bat house first before considering eviction. This helps ensure a humane process by giving them a full season to relocate before you seal up entry points.

• Limited supply available: priority will be given to homes that already have bats.

• Ideal installation spots: siding, fascia, or soffit areas on your house. Boxes may also be installed on trees or poles that receive enough sunlight.

• Monitoring: All bat boxes are monitored annually for use by bats.
